Proof of 3 year residency

Hi all how do i prove my residency. I think I've read some posts saying all I need is my passport. However I have a new passport issued April 24 and and haven't travelled abroad in the last 4 or so years. Should I use bank statements? I've not been working due to illness over the last 3 years so have no P60.
Thanks

The proof of residency is still the passport.
You need to submit scanned copies of both the new and old passport covering the qualifying period. It doesn't matter if you haven't travelled abroad in a while.

Unfortunately I don't seem to be having my old passport, just can't remember where I placed it or if I returned to it to the embassy when I applied for the new one as they tend to ask for the old one. What are my options here?.
Thanks

Send in P60s or a letter from your employer.

Unfortunately as in the initial post I've not been working for for the last 3 years so I can't get P60s.
Thanks

Maiden Name issue

Hi and thanks for the support. Please keep me right here. My wife took on my surname after we got married and all current documents are in married name.
Do I still need to include her maiden name on the application and would this be under the family name.
Thanks

Declare she has changed name at marriage and disclose her old name.

Do I declare this in a cover letter but use the current (married name) name on the application form. The form only has given name and surname for her part.
Please bear with me if this is obvious. Thank you

That section is only available for the applicant's details but not on the partner's details
Thanks
