Question on Referees

Hi all, I came in the UK back in 2019 and currently I am holding the ILR for more than 1 year. I want to apply for British citizenship now. I see, it requires two Referees and one of them has to be British Passport holder.
My question is - is there any requirement on how long the Referee should hold the British passport for? I got in touch with one Referee but he got his passport 2 months before (he had the similar route to me - skilled worker for 5 years, then ILR and then got his passport recently ; two months back). Is he eligible to become Referee for my naturalisation application? Thanks in advance.

Question on tax reference number for multiple employments

Hi all, I came in the UK back in 2019 as Skilled worker and currently I am holding the ILR for more than 1 year. I am now filling the British naturalization application form.
It has a section for employment and asking for "Tax office reference number" under the "Employment details" section.
I have two jobs - main full time job and part time job and for both of them I pay tax via PAYEE. I have got the Tax reference numbers from the HMRC website for both my jobs. However, there is no option in the application form under "Employment details" section to provide two tax reference numbers for two jobs.

Provide only one and elaborate in a cover letter.

I provided only one without a cover letter. It worked.
