Over 4 months since biometrics

Dear all,
I submitted my naturalisation application and biometrics on 23rd Jan 2026 and 27th Jan 2026, respectively. I haven't heard about its outcome yet. Just thought I'd check if this is normal. Following the processing timelines thread, it looks like most of the applications are processed within 2-4 months. Should I wait until it has been 6 months and then get in touch with UKVI?
Some errors/additional info related to my application:
1. Forgot to mention my name on the referee form. Picture and referee name/sign there.
2. Misunderstood the "Have you previously applied for UK immigration" question and answered "No", while I came to the UK on a Skilled Worker Visa, then switched to GTV, then got ILR.
3. On 29th April, I submitted registration applications for my two children who got ILR earlier that month and mentioned my own application number in their applications, saying that I have already applied for naturalisation.
Not sure if any of these factors is causing the delay.
Thanks in advance.
