British Citizenship Advise Needed

hi, I am soon to apply my british citzenship/naturalisation. I got my ILR last year. I had received a tfl investigation letter in 2023, as an officer found my dlr ticket was not valid, as my card was blocked by tfl. I accepted the guilt and got a Tfl one off warning, without any fine to be paid, and it stated that it will be in their records for 12 months, in case any other similar incident occured.
I did not mention it in my ILR application, as my office immigration advisor told me it is irrelevant.
But now for citizenship application, i realized it has same question in the application if you have any warning cautions or out of court settlements. I know if i mention, it will not lead to refusal of my citizenship. But i am worried, as i did not mention it in ILR and if i mention now, will it be considered deception by caseworker or not. I do not have written reply of my immigration advisor, as i tried to find the email chains, he may have answered my question on call.
What should i do in this case? Is this one off warning really needed to vbe disclosed? @amber if you know.
@hibana how did it go with you without mentioning it?

It wasn't a police warning, but from TfL. You can still mention it with no concerns for deception. Especially if it'e only instance you've ever had of issues with your behaviour, you will be OK.
