Sorry if I'm beating the dead horse but after I've done my settlement (Aug 2009 under HSMP Juridicial Review) when can I apply to become British Citizen? Next year in August right?

When did you come to UK? and do you have a backdated ILR letter?

Basically 5years after legal stay in UK, this 5year stay should include at least 1 year on ILR.

Gotcha. So it has to be 12 months after ILR then. I came here in August 2005.
