HI

I have a court hearing from the council

about my rent because they accuse me
that i dont prioritise my rent as i ve got arears.

MY question is this court hearing WOULD DAMAGE
MY APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION?????

AS I WANT TO APPLY AT THE END OF THE
YEAR.


they say in the form the so called "GOOD CHARACTER"

so please if you know something about that could
you help me .

I appreciate your answers in advance

in what type of court?

It doesn't really matter what level of court. If you have a court judgement against you, it will have to be declared in your BC application. It may or may not affect the outcome.

I dont know the didnt say a type
but the court hearing it related

for not paying my rent properly cos i ve little
financial issue they didnt even gave me a chance

i have arears and the landlord is the coucil .

Then i suggest that you speak to the council and come to an agreement before it gets to court. I suggest that you also prioritise your rent to the council as there are plenty of people on the waiting list for council houses and renting privately will cost you a LOT more.

And how are you affording the cost of naturalisation? It's up to u how u prioritise but wouldn't it be prudent to settle ur arrears before applying?

I prioritise my rent but i had little financial squeeze .

therefore i m not applying now the BC i juste wait till

as you said Wanderer i pay all my arears

i wanted juste to know if it ll affect me for my application
anyway i ll sort this thing out before then
