one of my sister is going to india to her parents house as she is pregnant.
the problem is my brother got EU passport and my sister got PR, their first son born in uk and he got british passport, so my doubt is will this second child will get british passport or is there any trouble will be there

If neither parents are British, then their child born in India will not be British.
