simple question from a simpleton like myself

granted ILR under JR on 18-12-2009

when can i apply for citizenship , what is this about earned citizenship ? does that apply to me

and also one more thing , i was on permitt free visa before HSMP for one year, would that count towards citizenship or not

Can I be naturalised as a British citizen?

If you are not a spouse or civil partner of a British citizen, then you also should have held, or deemed to have held (10), ILR for at least a year.
