Hi,

I have been living in the uk for about 6 years. I lived with my partner for 5 years, at the bigining of this year, I applied for my ILR SET (M), which was granted, however, me and my partner seprated about a month ago.

my questions are:

* will I lose my ILR?

* If not, when I will be eligible for Naturalisation?

Your answers are very appretiacted

Thanks, Peter

You will keep your ILR regardless.
* * If not, when I will be eligible for Naturalisation?
If you have been living legally in the UK for the last five years, I think you will be eligible for naturalisation if you meet the other requirements.
Standard requirements for naturalisation wrote:Residential requirements

To demonstrate the residential requirements for naturalisation you need to:

* have been resident in the United Kingdom for at least five years (this is known as the residential qualifying period); and
.
.
.

Immigration time restrictions

You must be free from immigration time restrictions when you make your naturalisation application. Unless you are married to or the civil partner of a British citizen, you should have been free from immigration time restrictions during the last 12 months of the residential qualifying period.
