Naturalisation of Child

My wife and daughter (aged 12) are applying for naturalisation. In Section 4 of the Child Form (Good Character Requirement) they have asked for the school's name and address, which is fine. However, in para 4.4. they asked for the tax office or tax office reference. Do I have to provide this for the school, or is this relevant only of the child is working?
