Hi

I'm living in England since 2003. Student 1 year , Science and engineering graduate scheme 1 year and HSMP 4 years. under JR I have got my ILR in December 2009 can I apply for Naturalization now or wait for another year.

You have to spend at least 1 year on ILR before you can apply. Unless if you are married to British Citizen
