If I apply for citizenship with the help of a representative (immigration lawyer), can I do without a permanent address in the UK? Can all correspondence be sent to the representative's address?

You still must list your addresses for the last 5 years to current.
If you list your lawyer as your representative and provide his address, they will send all correspondence regarding the application to the lawyer.
