Does any body know if parents details in section 1.24 - 1.30 of AN form are really needed and my parents diceased ages ago and i dont have their date / place of birth details

give as much information as you do know and write "unknown - parents deceased" for those things you don't know.

If you don't know the exact date of birth, my understanding for this purpose is that you can put 01/01/yyyy. i.e. if you know the year of birth.
