I am applying for naturalisation with my wife and my kid (6 years). Do I and my wife have to fill 2 seperate form (AN form I suppose)?

If yes what about the referee can same referee be ok for both myself and my wife?

Your application is identical to mine. You need seperate applications for you and your wife, but you pay the joint application fee of 850, instead of paying 750 per application.

I used the same referees for myself and my wife.
