I called up quite a few NCS in greater london and none are ready to tell me what the the list of documents I am expected to get along. Not sure what are they charging for if it does not include advise of the list of document I should gather.

I am applying on WP(5 year) + 1 year ILR basis. Hopefully following is the list I should be prepared with I suppose.

1)form AN for myself
2)form AN for my wife
3)Form MN1 for my little kid
4)Passport with ILR stamp
5)Payslip and bank statement (6 month)
6)Life in UK test certificate
7)My kids birth certificate
8)My marriage certificate
9)Letter from employer
10)p60

I hope I have listed exhaustively..... OR am I missing anything.
Do I need any extra photographs apart from whats required in the forms.

i would suggest you check the application form. AN and MN and the guidance notes. P60s and letters from employer probably not necessary.

Hi there,
You need All Passports of Every person applying.
Home office letter of ILR. ( I had all home office letters but was not asked except of ILR letter)
Driving liscence (for address verification etc)
Letters from employer(s) So that it is easy for them to verify the 5 year stay(it is not essential but helpful).
Marriage certificate (englisg translation if not in english).
Kids Birth certificate
If you can get certificate from kis school would be helpful ( I was asked one and the gentleman explained that it is not necessary bu helpful).
UK nationality test result card / certificate etc.
Hope this helps
Regards &
Good luck
