Hi..

I have just granted ILR under HSMP JR, with absences more than 475 days in 4 years.

How this will affect the Naturalisation now?
The time limit is 450 days in the last 5 years. Mine is already more than this. Can I still apply to be a citizien after 12 months?

Thanks so much!

if you are under 480 days in the 5 years and less than 100days in the final year then you should be ok.

Thanks so much. I have been away already around 470 days and I still have 11 months to apply to naturalisation..

But I have moved to the UK 7 years ago, I was student before I have granted HSMP. According to the Guide, I can be away more than 700 days within 7 years, am I right?

I still need to travel to see my parents this year.. Please advice.

Have a read of this guidance for UKBA staff dealing with Naturalisation applications.

It seems you are pretty close to the limit. I would suggest you don't make trips outside the country over the next year, if you don't want hassles at the time of naturalisation application.
