Hi,

I have been in UK 10 year already in Feb 14 2010. I want to apply citizen ship. Although my visa has been refusal since June 2009 and my case is still in tribunal. I had hearing today on March9 2010 and i am waiting for descission from Judge..

If i apply citizen ship( fill up the form and sent to UKBA). is that legal to apply citizen ship this time bz i was not granted visa yet.

please reply asap

You cannot apply for Naturalisation until after you have got your ILR, which is presumably what your visa application is. Please confirm it is indeed for ILR. If not, what are you hoping to get?
