naturalization

Good Day to you,
Can you please help me with my question.
I was granted a RC in 2003 Dec. and in 2008 Nov i apply for a PR which was granted on the 15 of Sept 2009 as a Non- family member of a EEA national ( retain right of Residence) i am No longer with my EEA Wife, the marriage ended in June 2009 by the court.
I will like to know if i can apply for naturalization after been in the Uk for 7 years..or do i have to wait till the end of Sept this year.?
