Frank Fields wants to have a cap on the number of people who can stay permanately in the UK. It could be around 40,000 to 50,000. Is this anything to worry about? Do you see the government adopting this?

Anything advised by MAC has been implemented recently. Also Migration is one of the main agenda for any political party. So anything is possible.

Yeah but the MAC hasn't recommended this. This is coming from Frank Fields, Lord Carey, and Migration Watch.
