Hi All, I have passed my LIUK test.

Below are my immigration dates/details

My first HSMP in May 2005
HSMP FLR May 2006
HSMP JR ILR May 2009

This coming May I'll be completing my 1 year of ILR.

Do I need to apply before, on or after the date mentioned on the ILR?

Congratulations! You need to apply on or after (not before) the 1 year anniversary of your ILR and the 5 year anniversary of arrival into the UK.

If you use NCS (and I recommend doing so), you can book your appointment now for that date.
