when i can apply for Naturalization

I am new in this forum. i read about naturalization query but i can not search my answer. can any one help me . my story is my husband came in UK Sep 2005. I came here after marriage as spouse visa in 2007. I have a baby born in 2008 . we all got ILR sep 2009 . but in December my husband has passed away. now i have got my son british passport. my question is that when can i apply for naturalization after 3 years or after 5 years. at the time of death my husband has ILR status not british citizen. Plese John answer me.

No, you can apply after 3yrs bec if your marriage broken or divorce so u can apply after 5yrs but your husband dead and marriage was not broken so that point u can apply after 3yrs but still wait any expert advice you my side its ok u can apply and yes Sorry to hear about your husband

ya right but that for british partners not ilr holder partner
if ur husband or wife is biritish then u can apply otherwise 5 years

Yes, you people are right i was thinking her husband was british so she have to wait for 5 yrs
