Hi everybody its been a long time i've been on here. As a result of this i need some catching up to do. Please if anyone can help, i would be grateful.

1. Married may 2005 in the UK to British citizen
2. Got spouse visa 4th of July 2007 arrived on 14th of July 2007 (Applied out of the country as i had overstayed)
3. Got ILR 20th of June 2009.
4. What date can i apply for Uk citizenship?

No, a spouse of a British Citizen doesn't have to wait for a year after they have ILR before applying, but they do have to be in the UK 3 years.

So the 14th July 2010 is probably the earliest as I guess you have no legal stay between 4th June 2007 and 13th July 2007 that you could use as your start date for the 3 years.

On the 3rd anniversary of entry in the UK, which happens to be on 14-Jul-2010.
