How much refunded if citizenship registration unsuccessful?

Let’s say its costs £500 (ouch! :x ) to register as a British citizen.

But if my application is denied :oops: , how much of a refund is sent back to me (after the obligatory processing fee is charged)?

If you are talking about registration then none will be refunded. If you are talking about naturalisation then the cost of the cermony will be refunded (use to be £80, though might have increased).

Application for BC is now £720 including the ceremony cost.

You're right. It increases by the minute...I'd get it done before the fee goes up again! :roll:
