i have read through previous posts pertaining to this subject and would like to find out the following: i have ILR and will be due to apply for British Citizenship (BC) after 1 year. my children were both born in the uk and have ILR stamps in their pasports. Can they be registered for BC using form MN1 now i.e before the 1 year qualifying period? Just wondering if there is a chance that the applications can be refused on the basis that they should have been made together as a family 1 year post ILR .I cannnot really see which chapter from the link below this category falls into. Can any one help ? Many thanx

Yes you can register your both child as BC,you have to fill form MN1 and you and wife both have ILR then no problem, they dont need to wait until 1yr
