Life in the uk test

Last year when I applied for ILR. The home office never sent my life in the uk certificate back. Stupidly I didn't make a copy. Now accordingtothe form they want to c it for neutralization. Can I get a duplicate? Thanks

Just tick the box in the form that says "I passed the Life in the UK test to qualify for settlement."

I think you have to write your test identification no. on the form. try to get from your testing centre.
