NCS refused to check my application

Hi Everyone,
Married 07/2003
Divorced 10/2008
PR application 11/08
PR 01/10 after 13 months waiting time
Now i have been told by two different NCS that they can't process my application until next January even though I have showed them that at the discretion of the Home Office i can have BC granted because of delays in processing my PR application and the 15 months rule.
They asked me to call the Home Office first and make sure I am entitled to apply right now.
Any help ? Shall i try other NCS ?

well i believe that u have to wait till January 2010 to apply ...or you will need to prove your wife exersing treaty right for that period ...means 6 years ...try another NCS ..it may work ..as it happen to one of my friend ...the same scenario

Try other NCS's if you get same response then use the postal route

Those at the place where you went are ignorant, i know a friend who had his PR in March 2010 after 15 months of delay by HO.He applied for citizen through NCS in June 2010 at Lewisham council .His application has been approved by HO last week.Go to another place where there are competent advisors who can assist you.

You are right, they are not trained properly. That's the least I can say.
I will try other NCS's from Monday...especially Lewisham.
