Dear all,

I wonder if you could help me. As far as I remember I had a court regarding missed council tax payment back in 2004,however I was not fined but we agreed that I would pay installments.
I have recently got my credit report as I was not sure/did not remember exact date of it - when it happened, whether it was Civil Judgment etc. When I got my credit report it is not showing anything at all. It only says under the section bankrupcy, civil judgment - no information retrieved. I am not even sure whether it was a civil judgment back in 2004 as I had just arrived and was not sure of rules and laws in the UK. That is why I got my report now, which is not showing on my report at all.
As it is not showing do I still need to declare on my naturilization application or not?
Please respond my my query please.
Thanks

No you dont need to declare, bec you was agreed to pay whatever installments so thats everything clear, dont worry about this and take it easy, if you not agreed installment payment with council then they take more action

Thank you again. It was so long ago that I do not remember any details that is why I got my report hoping that it would be there and I would track it from my report but it is clean - it does not say/mention anything about it at all.
That is why I am confused, I will declare but then I do not remember further details, if I do not declare it according to my report - do they have any other facilities to track it? or if it is not on my report I am fine then.
How can I track further details of it if it is not on my report??
Please, if you all could answer my query.
Thanks a lot in advance

you had a court they dont fined you thats why you cant see in credit report bec when you not agreed with council process or court then you can recevied cvil judgment and fined but all clear so not effect in credit file but still you want to declare in BC application so no problem they take honestly you declare thats it.
