I am about to submit my naturalisation application.

I wonder how to book appointment for NCS

I rang my local council, but they are always busy

Can I book NCS appointment in any council or should I book only in the council I live?

what if I make an postal application, will it make much difference in processing timelines? (other than we need to send the documents out)

You can book for any council. If you are close to London and can afford to travel to Wandsworth then try this
