Referees Help required

I am adding 2 below referees, please anyone let me know they are acceptable.
1st referee: DEVELOPMENT MANAGER in my Company (British nationality)
2nd referee: QA MANAGER in my Company (British Nationality)
Please advise on above references

Do you own that company as you said "in my Company" or are they your work colleagues?

Sorry, its my not own company. I should say Private IT Media Company.
Yes, they are my work Colleagues.

They will be fine as referees for AN application and if they fulfill the other equirements, that they knlow you for at least 3 years etc. etc.

Yes, they know me for 3 years...
we are working together in this company for more than 3 yrs
