My second referee is 75 yrs, retired ,british citizen.Is this Ok?

I guess this should be Okay. As far as second referee must be British nationality

As far as I know, it is okay if he is retired BUT had to be professional as listed on UKBA website. Ring UKBA or your council and they can answer.

Yeah,she has now refused.Dont have any referee now.
