I was wondering if it's possible to apply for first passport abroad after citizenship ceremony?

Yes, it is possible. I was thinking about applying my first biritish passport after my naturalisation, from abroad. I confirmed this with foregin commissions office and other people too. The only thing is it will take longer upto one year to get you first birtish passort if you apply from abroad.
