Applying for Naturlisation outside UK

Hi,
Myself and my family(Wife and Son) are on ILR granted in April 2010. My son is born in UK and therefore would be eligible to get the Citizenship if I wish to apply, however I believe myself and my wife would only be eligible in April 2011 i.e. after completing one year on settlement Visa.
However I got an opportunity to work for a British Company in India(I would be employed in India and the offer is from the Indian branch of the UK company).
I would like to join the company in the new year so that I would not be away from UK more than 90 days prior to applying for naturilisation. But can any one of you help me with these queries:
1) Can I apply for Naturilisation in India if I fulfill all the other requirements i.e. in terms of stay etc.
2) Can I apply for British passport in India should my application for naturlisation be successful.
3)Can I apply for OCI card in India.
4) If my application is not successful in India for whatever reason can I come back to UK under ILR if it is before two years the date I left UK.
5) Can I apply for naturilisation for my son in UK if our application is rejected in India and do I get any money back if the application is unsuccessful.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
