So when can I apply for British Citizan

I M aged 18 or over; and
I M of sound mind; and
I M communicate in English, Welsh or Scottish Gaelic to an acceptable degree; and
I have sufficient knowledge of life in the United Kingdom; and
I M of good character; and
I M the husband, wife or civil partner of a British citizen;

Any day you wish to, subject to requirements for spouse and civil partners being fulfilled on the date application is received by UKBA.

Apply anyday you wish before 24-May-2011, or between 19-Jun-2011 and 26-Jan-2012, or on/after 21-Feb-2012.
