Q about applyind for BC together with my wife and kids.

Hi all,
Can I apply for BC together with my wife and kids if:
- I lived here 5 years *including* 1 year of ILR and I am under HSMP Judicial Review.
- My wife and kids came later than me and they lived here only 4 years including 1 year of ILR.
I know that I can apply for BC (AN form) and submit my kids application (MN1 form) together with mine.
Question is can I submit my wife application as wife of future BC?
