hello immigration gurus,
my husband got british citizenship last week and i am planning to apply for my british citizenship as depending to him but iam wondering wheather I can submit his naturalization certificate or i have to wait till he gets his british passport.

The citizenship certificate is the needed document. You don't have to wait for
the passport.
(a passport is a silly document that enables a person to travel. a person can be
a British citizen without a passport).

thanks for your response, but in the supporting docs submitted for british citizenship they have only asked Partners Passport and Marriage Certificate. They have not mentioned that you can submit the citizenship certificate.
