can someone help, came to uk 2004 on a student visa, switch to spouse visa in 2007 marrying someone with IRL, got indefinite to remain in feb. 2010, now separated from my wife can someone advice when to apply for naturalisation

want to know if i can go alone without her passport because i have completed five years stay in the UK including when i got student visa in 2004, or would i have to wait for the divorce papers.

If your wife is not British, then you may
apply when you satisfy the
standard requirements. Including after holding ILR for at least one year.

thanks vinny, she has indefinite leave to remain as well, the ILR will be one year in february, does that mean the student visa that i have since 2004 before the marriage in 2007 count towards the residential qualifying period, shed light on this please
