Naturalization and County court judgement

Dear All
i am going to apply for Naturalization on the bases of EU family member
and i am non_EU
in 2004 county court judgement accour aganist me
and in octobar 2009 i got permanent resident for 10 year
can you guys guide me about my following questions
is that CCJ affect naturalizations if i apply now in december 2010.i dont have any record of old CCJ (2004).
