i was married to british citizen i got irl from mariage and we seperated now after i got it can i apply for british citizenship ? after one year ?

If you are still married (not divorced) you can apply 1 year after ILR (3 years legal residence in the UK) as long as your wife supports your application for BC. She would have to submit her passport when you apply.
If not, you'll have to wait to apply in your own right which will mean after 5 years legal residence instead of 3.

we are separated , and she is not willing to send her passport even she doesn't support it at all , i m been living legal in uk since December 2004

Then assuming you meet all the requirements (form AN) you should be able to apply on your own.
