help with MN1 please!!!!!

hi i am 17 years old (just turned 17 in august 
i was born in 1993 in jamaica and came to the uk in 1998 and got my ILR in 1999. since then my dad has gotten his British citizenship through naturalisation (in 2008) and i have recently sent of my mn1 form
.
(my mum also has her ILR)
i just wanted to know how long it may take to come?
and if it will be a relatively smooth process?
i am very nervous since i am doing this myself
