Hi

I have a penalty throwing a ciggerett butt on the floor but in my case , the officer issued me a letter on the spot and asked to pay to the court and I did pay the penalty. What sort of conviction is this? Should I mention this in my naturalisation form AN? Please help

Does it comes under following in AN book and so I need not to mention in the AN form?

AN Booklet says:
We would not normally take Fixed Penalty Notices into account, unless you have had more
than one fixed penalty notice in the last 12 months. In that case, you may wish to wait to
make your application until you have no more than one fixed penalty notice in the 12
month period before applying.

Regards

Hi Haifeng

Probably no need of mentioning it seems as FPN normally not takn into account if there is only one within 12 months period. That could be the reason i suppose!
