Naturailzation application Dec 16th

HI All,
i was on student in uk till 2005 since 24/11/2005 iam on HSMP under JR hsmp i got ILR on 24/11/2010, currently iam eligible to apply AN i enter intially uk on 02/03/2003 as student, when i got hsmp approval i went to INDIA to get entry clearance for hsmp on 24/11/2005, iam assuming i should mention 2005/11/24 as first enty on my AN? is that correct and i entered in to uk on 14/12/2005 so iam eligible by 14/12/2010 (residency 5yrs ) iam planning to apply via NCS and how lond do i need to wait to get nat and can plan any travel after week or possibly in JAN 11 could you pleas answer above queries

You need to be free from immigration restriction for atleast 12 months before you apply for nationality. According to the information provided in your message, you will be eligible to apply after 23/11/2011

HI Blue , i got ILR on 23/11/2009 now its 12 months
