Hi,
I browsed this forum for the answer of my question but my situation is different from other. So I decided to start new topic.
I was sponsored by my sister and now applied for PR.Here is my timeline.

1) I was here under asylum in 1997
2)asylum went under review again in 2004 prohibiting me to work.
3)My sister came from Norway in Jan 2005
4)Applied for family residence permit in July 2005
5)Received in Jan 2006 but dated in letter as Nov 2005(I don't have passport at this time)
6)I sent my passport in March 2006 to have the residence permit sticker.Receive it in Dec 2006 with the sticker dated the same as Dec 2006
7)Applied for PR in August 2010.Still waiting for the result.

when can I actually apply for British citizenship.Since I was here under asylum I don't have stamp in passport but letter from immigration confirming my arrival in Heatrow.I have this only in copy. The original was returned to asylum department after family residence permit granted. They actually asked me to give it.I have utility bill and P60 of me and my sister from Jan 2005.
All advise is appreciated

Happy new year first of all.
I really need this help and advise. There has been almost 100views but no reply. Please advise me.If I should wait or can I show something to proof I was here beside passport. As I had write here I did not have passport prior March 2006 and still no stamp in it.I only have copy of the document for my arrival in 1999.

Hi,
I forgot to mention that I was called to sign in 2nd every month in 2005 in croydon home office while I made the application under EEA2.Can I write letter stating this and take this as a proof that I was here 6 years before.
