hi all
applying for AN first step from HO payment will taken from bank then after i will recieve a letter from HO called akownlegment letter with a REF number on it ,so if i wish to contact them need to declair that REF number on the phone ,i did called them 2 times with REF number comes on the letter to check my application, decesion has not been given yet that's fine it's busy time for them and back from big holiday.
In one week time i called them again to check and they said that the REF number i got is no longer workin on the system as it was start with NFEEXXXXXXX .
the advisor gave me another number start with HXXXXXXX and says if u wish to call back in the future again use that one , so my question is do u guys think is that okay OR something went wrong with my application ,am a bit worried and confused and nearly nervouse what's going on never heard about that before !!!!!!
