I am a bit confused. hopefully someone would help me with this. I will give you a bit of background to mmy situation, me and my partner are both on ILR which we obtained separately and we both due for naturalisation in March. We have been living together for the past 8 years but we are not married, we have a 2 year old daughter born in Uk before our ILR was granted. My question is can we make a joint application as unmarried partners or we have to apply as individuals. I would appreciate your valued responses.

Thank you for quick response. I was wondering if it's possible to do a joint application if you provide evidence that you have been together all this time and if so does it mean one of us has to wait for 3 years to be naturalised as a spouse of a BC? We are planning on getting married in April so was just wondering if it's worth waiting until we get married then do a joint application or will the outcome be the same . By that i mean having one being given 2 years. Sorry to be going on but just need some clarification. Thanks in advance.

After marriage you both may apply together at such time when both of you fulfil the standard requirements.
