hi, i want to apply for british citizenship, but i just noticed that i may not eligible to apply, i'm using form AN, and got 2 fixed pental notice, one is in 2007 for speed driving on motoway, and the other one is in 2010 for using mobile phone while driving.

can someone please tell if i can apply or not,

If you had only one fixed penalty notice in 2010 (one year before your application), you should be ookay as you have no court conviction. You shoul;d make sure that u don't geyt another one - as 2 FP in the last year may cause problem. In fact u don't have to declare the FP.
