British Passport Application help.

Hello all,
Im applying for my wifes UK Passport for the first time as she has just received her Naturalisation.
In Section4, it requires her Parents details which are complete....
BUT
it also requires all her Grandparents details too, now the problem is that she, nor her parents know any details about her grandparents.
How do I apply if I cannot obtain these details and will it affect her application if there are no details?
