I’m eea family member and I’m going to apply for British citizen in 2 weeks time

Just to be clear

This march I will be 6 years since got married , get PR last September 2010

I have been given different information ,

1) I can apply without my eea family just need to prove when i get married (marriage certificate ) and my ( p60 ,bills payslip )

2) I must apply using the eea member passport ,her p60 marriage certificate and my ( p60 ,bills payslip )

Now I’m getting prepared to get my case ready I don’t know which is correct ,so please any advice or any one had past this experience

Please if anyone have information any experience let us know

Hi, have the same situation.
One member in other forum posted documents directly to UKBA without spouse documents and was OK for BC, BUT she said, IF she would go to their representative, they would not accept this, so I am now also thinking of posting it alone.

keep us informed of your situation, it looks there are more experienced people here.
