Please help!!!!!!
I and family came in UK in 2002 where we applied for asylum seeker.
• We were granted for 3 years Exceptional Limited Leave to Remain(EL LR) in 2004
• By the end of the 3 years resident status , we had then applied for ILR and that was in 2007
• After 3 years of waiting we were finally granted ILR in November 2010.
Here is my question:
1. Can we apply for British citizenship now?
2. Other do we need to wait after of 1 year (from the date we received the ILR) before we put our application through?

Assuming you fulfil the (other) standard requirements, I believe you may be eligible to apply for naturalisation without further delay.
Discretion to disregard immigration time restrictions during the last 12 months wrote:you made a successful application for indefinite leave to remain more than 15 months before your naturalisation application, but the decision on your application was delayed for a reason that was not your fault;
