Depends on your "foreign" nationality and the laws concerning dual nationality / use of passport after becoming a British citizen (in that foreign) country.

Hi sushmetha

I am on malaysia passport, malaysia do not recognise dual nationality.

My main concern is that what will the UK immigration do if i enter the UK with my malaysia passport (with ILR, and probably the naturalisation certificate)? Will the immigration write on my passport that i am a BC?

Cheers

My worry is that once i have become a BC, my ILR will no longer valid, and the immigration might ask me apply for Right of Abode.
