Hi,

I'll be submitting muy naturalisation application next week through NCS in Lanarkshire.

Part of the application is a company letter, who should it be addressed to?. Currently, I've got:
The UK Border Agency
United Kingdom

XX April 2011

To Whom it May Concern,

Would that be sufficient, or is there an address I should be writing to?

Also, is a CRB require to be part of the application?.

Thanks.
Rizwan

Why are you submitting employer's letter as part of your application?

Its because as part of my employment, I spent long periods of time away from the UK. Used a similar letter when I applied for ILR.

If your absence periods from the UK is more than the time specified in the residential requirements you may use such a letter. Hope your salary is paid here and you paid the tax and NI contributions to the UK government during your absence period.

Address looks fine.

Thanks Kamalin,

I couldn't actually find any address on the form, I've searched for "Home Office", "Border Agency".. can you please post it here?.

Thanks,
RIz
